The Emerging Minds Reconciliation Tree was created as a part of the 2022 NAIDOC Week celebrations. Staff members came together to paint a eucalypt leaf from the Country where they live and work as well as contributing words and messages about what Reconciliation in our organisation means to us.
The decorated leaves were then pieced together to form the tree, with our Reconciliation words filling the trunk. The artwork represents our organisation’s commitment and vision for Reconciliation.
By displaying this artwork proudly in our engagement with stakeholders, we hope it will inspire conversations around Reconciliation and the journey that we are all on together.
